J. Neal Rodgers maintains a successful solo practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. Attorney Rodgers concentrates on challenging litigation involving personal injury, police and jail misconduct, traffic tickets and DWIs, employment law for employees, and construction law. Mr. Rodgers was born in Oklahoma and received his law degree at the University of Houston in 1993. In addition to his professional as a lawyer, he is also an ordained Baptist minister. Meet the Staff
Fatima Flores was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras. She and her family later moved to New York where she attended Laguardia Community College in Long Island City, New York. She was the chairperson for the Legal Support Staff of the Charlotte Chapter in 2003. She has over ten years experience in the law field, working particularly with auto accident, personal injury, medical malpractice, traffic violation/DUI, and workers compensation cases. While she is our marketing consultant, she also has other roles with our firm including overseeing the criminal law department and handling subcontracting cases. She is fluent in Spanish and is seeking her state certification as an interpreter for the North Carolina Court System. She is actively involved in her community and organizes monthly workshops that focus on educating the Hispanic community with the "Bridging the Gap" program. She enjoys being with her children and spending time outdoors.
